Researcher Operations - "Mentor Program"
Strategic Research Network provides full start-up training and on-going support to Researchers within the SRN Network. SRN Researchers are independent business owners who provide business intelligence to a myriad of clients including: business to business sales, HR departments, recruiters, and job seekers.
While SRN Researchers own their own business, Strategic Research Network acts as a support system and is continually developing programs to benefit Researchers and their business.
The SRN Mentor Program was developed to help new Researchers take advantage of the experience and business savvy of existing Researchers. The Mentor Program utilizes established, successful Researchers to guide and coach new Researchers during their business start-up. Mentors provide guidance and support in vital aspects of their business, providing the new Researcher with direction that works in synch with Strategic Research Network’s training and support.
How the Mentor Program works:
When a new Researcher comes on board and completes their initial start-up training, they have the option of working with a Mentor. Once assigned, the Mentor and new Researcher work together to advance the Researcher’s business. The Mentor helps the new Researcher with the inevitable challenges they face, assists with project or clientele questions, and establishes a “work plan” for the new Researcher to become more efficient.
Working with a Mentor, who was once in the Researcher’s shoes and successfully built an Internet research business, is a huge advantage.
